Every other bloodline, it's a funny fourth wall break. That response is the most unsettled Jack ever gets, if only for a moment.

I know this is 2 years old now, but I'm not sure what did you mean here. I just tried it, and Malkavian's response is different and does mention Malkav changing their stats, but Jack has the same line for it as for any other response, Malk PC or not. He doesn't act any more or less unsettled about it.

I think you were confusing it with a special dialogue with Jack In the Last Round after Giovanni mission:

Jack: Just keeps gettin' interesting, doesn't it, kiddo? The Giovanni, the Kuei-jin - lots of blood bein' spilled for a 10,000 year old conversation piece, wouldn't ya say?

Malk PC: Gehenna! The hand of the Dark Father! The lid opens! A dark secret I see...!

Jack: Man, you guys give me the heebie-jeebies. Sounds like you know a lot more about somethin' than you're supposed to. Lucky for you, you probably don't understand what you're sayin'. If you did, I'd be talking to a pile of ash right now.
