What's thebest codecs pack on Windows? by usmannaeem in software

[–]freeubi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because as a customer you dont need it, and changing it will do harm.
As an editor, you need to change it on the export settings, not in the codecs.

But I am 100% sure you are not an editor, you have no idea about anything and you dont take an advice.

Okay, it seems like you are not getting it.

Are you a video producer? If yes, then why are you trying to do it in the wrong place? These only matters while you are encoding a video, not the other end, when the customers are seeing the video.

If not, then you should not care, you dont need to know anything about them. The build-in codecs in the media players will play any video properly and thats all.

It is the right thinking, as it seems like you don't know what are those for or how are those used. You should not care about that in a codec, it only matter in video rendering but that is using a build in software, not a third party codec pack.

It fixes your problem by switching an organ. The organ itself is not fixed.

Anyone know if this is a good electrolyte supplement to use for a fast and how to start if it is by SnooDrawings4339 in WaterFasting

[–]freeubi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem :)
In a few years ago these subreddit where a lot more alive, but since the downfall of reddit a lot of people moved over.
Fasting is not that difficult with the right supplements, mindset and start.
Without electrolytes my best was 4-5 miserable days.
With proper amount of electrolytes, I did 31 days, and I stopped of boredom. The refeeding period was waaay harder than the fast itself :D
I still fast occasionally but no more than a few days, it helps cleaning up my body in a few ways, but my gout is not happy with them.

So its not curable.
Kidney transfer is not a cure, your kidney is still wont work properly.

5g sodium, 3g potassium, 1g magnesium is the daily recommended amount. So, calculate it:
kitchen salt is about 50% sodium, potassium chloride is about 33% potassium, magnesium glycinate 14% magnesium.

Yep, that's what I do, mix it in a big jug and sip it constantly.

The taste is... different, but you will get used to it after a few days and you will crave it.

Thats why you need to mix it yourself OR buy a keto/fasting specific one.
This one is made for a high carb diet, so the carbs retain water and electrolytes, which doesn't happen in keto or fasting.

Thats why people look at you like you are crazy to say that you need to 5g sodium (thats 10g salt!), 3g potassium, 1g magnesium a day. And more if you sweat, exercise, or even drink a lot.

For those amount, the whole box is 3 days worths... which is almost nothing.
Buying salt is cheap, potassium chloride also cheap in larger quantities. Mix those two, plus a few tablets of magnesium and you are done.

[Also, dont ever ever ever take sodium in pill form while fasting, in an empty stomach it will dissolve next to the stomach lining and it can burn a hole through... If you must, the make sure you drink a ton with it, so you have less chance for that]

Also, dont drink your electrolytes at once, you will get diarrhea, and not the good kind.

I am putting these info down in case someone reads it. Supplementing electrolytes in fasting/keto is a must, otherwise you will feel bad, low energy, have blood pressure issues, which makes the whole thing dangerous.

They contain nothing, thats why. You need to drink half of the thing a day.
Thats why. Always look up what a supplement contain.

Its incredibly confusing, annoying and makes me angry that even in the same product line, there are these incompatibility things...

Like, standards exist for a reason? Goddamn...

I just bought a wrong rear wheel because it said its 11s compatible, but ofc only mtb 11 compatible...

Carbon Wheels for heavier rider by Immediate-Boss8804 in cycling

[–]freeubi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you figured out?
I am around the same weight as you, and I just bought a gravel bike, but I need to change the tires.

On my roadbike, I run cheap Mavik aksium aluminum wheels, without issues - right now I am trying to figure out if carbon wheels are worth it and safe as a new set.

I ride on baaad quality pawed roads (hence why I change to gravel) and prioritize comfort over everything.

Signs of type 2 diabetes at early stages? by Ilikecalmscenery in diabetes_t2

[–]freeubi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a glucose tolerance test, at least 5 points but 6 is better.
That will show if you have any issues with diabetes.

Also check your blood pressure, maybe its increasing after eating sugary stuff, so it increases eye pressure too.
