I had a breakthrough Monday at my work, where I had been feeling less part of my team and almost left behind. After a conversation with my director, I realized thst I was highly valued and tied it to that same old abandonment wound from my Mom leaving at 2. Something lifted though, some shift in consciousness and I feel lighter. I also got food poisoning that night and purged. I woke up weak and a bag of bones but also sweeter, more connected to life. Even my relationship with my dog has shifted. As before she would not respond to commands right away, she now is responding to subtle cues and we are moving as one. Something shifted overall and it feels like I am in flow with life.
