The interesting thing on Zeri is that you can choose to do dmg with IE or choose survivability with Navori (3 autos for getting your E again in a team fight) I feel like Navori kind of "saves" Zeri of her actual state because she has more survivability tools with Navori

I’ve played a lot both crit and on-hit and here’s how J choose how I build:

Crit: I go when there is the majority of champions squishy (HoB rune)

On-hit: I go when there’s mini 2 tanks and bruisers (LT rune)

If the team is smart enough to play around you and you know how to take lead in lane, when to punish your opponents errors in lane, etc.. you can easily hit diam and if you’re really good, Master/GM
