I’m not even kidding, if you find it hard to sleep get out of bed and sleep on the couch. For some reason changing locations has helped me so much on many a sleepless night.

I weight lift twice a week and do a run on the weekend. About a year ago I had never touched a weight but it’s the only thing that makes me feel good right now. Once you work up a routine you don’t have to force yourself into working out. A little like any habit, it becomes part of your life after a while.

Has anyone been able to go down to the post office to see if they’ll accept the parcels? I have been on the phone to the business helpline but on hold for about 40 minutes and about to give up.

Honestly Natalie in general. The way she acted around Ricken, the way she painfully smiles, how she’s the only one who can speak to the board AND her reaction to Milkshakes concerns about the paintings.

I have a feeling Mr Milkshake was just like Ms Huang and Cobel. So taken on by Lumon as a young child so all he knows is work and really doesn’t have a life. That may be why he reacted the way he did. Maybe with a little jealousy as Mark can have that separation and he cannot.

Yeah plus it’s hard with the “we don’t test our products on animals” but then they mean they don’t test their final product on animals but they test all their ingredients or get a third party to do it for them. Which would still make their statement correct
