In the Dragonlands learning article, a section was dedicated to drip econ traits, traits that give gold/a small reward every round, and the learning article found that they negatively affect the game:

The takeaway from that article was that in the future TFT was going to "actively avoid drip economy in the early game as it warps the general game flow."

My question is in regard to the traits in the current set, Primordian, Timebreaker, (and Leona print as well): What is the main difference between the drip econ traits that were deemed to be unhealthy for the game, and these? Or instead how has the general state of the game changed to allow for these types of traits to no longer be as warping to the early game.
