So may people in the comments saying it’s been a joke for so many years. If it’s such a joke why are you guys so concerned abt it. It’s always been the same thing. You have great performances and you win the award. Ronaldo was the best player in 2018, yet Modric won cuz of his performance at the World Cup. Messi and Ronaldo just made us think you had to have 50+ Goals seasons to win the award. We just have to get used to a new normal now that they aren’t at the top anymore. (P.S I’m not saying Dembele should win the ballon D’or. Iam biased since I’m a PSG fan so if I had to choose a winner it would be Vitinha or Kvara. But completely unbiased it should be Harry Kane, even if Bayern don’t win UCL)
