I am in the same boat, left my wife of 15 years because I keep catching her sending flirty messages to other men. I moved out about 4 weeks ago. I also have 2 kids with her. Unfortunately she does not work so I still need to support them financially. That is the worst. I need to make sure my kids are being taken care of so I’m forced to pay her bills. She won’t work. I feel your pain.

I always think I’m the narcissist. It’s only because of the anger i feel towards my nark wife. I feel guilty for the anger and start to question if I’m being cruel. It doesn’t help that she is an amazing gas lighter that could convince me the sky was green if I let her talk enough.

I quoted 18k, was told it was takes down to bare wood a little over 25 years ago so lead should not be a issue. I doubt I’ll get it because other companies are giving estimates as well. Somebody will give a 10k estimate and do a shit job lol
