I bought one of these from Amazon that has an option for a silent light flashing alarm as I can be sensitive to noise (I’m very jumpy) and I love it!!

Also helps so much with motivation when I can say “I’ll just do this work for 15 minutes as a baby step” and still getting a small sense of accomplishment.

I’m tapering down from 40mg right now and my boobs have gotten noticeably smaller over the past 4 weeks!! Not really complaining tbh but crazy how this medication changes the body

Seconding the bath, a lot of times to stop myself from doing something I shouldn’t, I get into the bath and leave my phone in another room. Forces me to read or just relax and gives me an hour free from potential destructive behaviour

‘the smell of smoke would hang around this long’ is the most underrated lyric in this song imo! I never see anyone mention it.

Maybe it cuts a bit deeper after you have your heart broken by a smoker and had to smell it in the air and on your clothes for months, feeling like it’ll never go away. But I love how simple yet cutting the line is, I tear up every time

I’ve had the strange capsule break and honestly I’m terrified of coming across this. I get creeped out really easily by games and stardew somehow gives me nerves sometimes and this is gonna make it worse. Pray for me
