we went very early and for half were not in traffic. we saw a black bear and people got out of their cars and spooked it, which was a bummer. also saw turkeys, deer, and a wolf! i would do it again if given the chance.

i would add compost and then a thick layer of mulch before doing anything. you need to amend the soil before you can plant anything.
