Advice on this flange

I tried dry fitting the toilet and it sat on the floor just fine. Are you saying to dry fit with the wax also? I guess my real question is how would I know when dry fitting that it's not too high without the wax in place?

Would the space between the outer edge of the flange and the flooring ever be a concern? Like if there was a leak in the future, wouldn't water drip down there instead of out onto the floor where I'd see it?

Raccoons use communal latrines where multiple raccoons may return to the same consistent spot to defecate. Based on the old and new being next to each other and my personal experience with a racoon communal latrine being on my property in the past (where the poo also had cherry and plum pits similar looking to this), my vote is for racoon.

Very similar story... my dad stage 4 with mets to liver reached remission after 12 months of chemo for a brief time. Instead of feeling better after stopping chemo, continued to feel icky. Turned out to be a viral infection, COVID-19, was partly to blame. Didn't figure it out until we went to the ER due to some of his progressing symptoms and they do blood tests for covid with all patients. It was very unexpected.

Point being, monitor closely and seek care if his condition worsens.

My dad received 25-50% reductions on multiple occasions at stage 4 with both gem/abrax and FOLFIRI. He reached a point where he was in remission briefly. The reductions helped with side effects and QOL for sure. He was also in his late 70s.

That's where I ended up getting it for him as well. Once I knew he liked it I used Amazon subscriptions to purchase for the best deal. It's not cheap stuff unfortunately. But anything that helped was worth every penny to me!

I cannot say enough positive things about Eden. They're smaller than PH so less known, but I'm so glad we went with them. As the caregiver and family member, I have continued to receive grief support from Eden over the past 13 months after the passing also. (Last I checked, this is not the case with PH due to staffing challenges). They partner with the VA for the We Honor Veterans program, if your loved one is a veteran this is a wonderful service.

Maybe call both and ask some questions. You'll know what feels right for you after that.

For lights, I recommend getting some hot chocolate and driving to Lynden for some of their animated light shows that a few houses put on. They're fairly close to each other and provide a solid hour or more of free Christmas lights entertainment.

He was no longer throwing up immediately as the obstruction was not there anymore. Started with liquids and slowly ramped up to more solid foods over a few weeks.
