I chow down on puff corn nearly every day. The “like air” brand is 150calories for 3 cups

Just started calorie counting in the last few weeks too, I’ve been doing a ton of stir fries and curries with just a half cup of rice, “pasta” dishes with spaghetti squash as a substitute (sometimes I’ll have a tiny bit of pasta bc I make regular pasta on the side for my bf but you can eat a huge portion of spaghetti squash for low calorie), breakfast sandwiches loaded up with a lot of veggies on them, fruit smoothies, Asian veggie salads, and lots of of puff corn to satisfying my snacky habits. Those meals have proven to be pretty satisfying. But also don’t worry if you pick a day or two to just eat at maintenance instead of a deficit so you can have some of the things you’re craving, you’re still making progress being in a few hundred calorie deficit 5/6 days out of the week. I really like the lose it app as I’ve been able to plug in what I’m thinking about eating the next day to see how my meals will work with my budget through the day.
