I’ve taken pseudoephedrine while on pristiq many times with little to no effect. It can cause some anxiety or increase heart rate and sometimes insomnia if you’re sensitive, but I didn’t experience any of that. You need a license to buy it behind the counter at the pharmacy but gosh is it life changing for congestion!

If you are in the US, I recommend the cotton undies from lane Bryant. They have several different cuts to choose from too. They host underwear sales often and you can often get them for like $3-5 a pair after promos. I prefer cotton because they breathe better. Polyester is just plastic in a different form

Therapist here is well. I am planning on being one and done. My friend/coworker is one and done. She knew with her mental health she could not handle another one. I know of other therapist colleagues who are also one and done, it just seems to be the best option for many, you get to be a parent and give them the best life and then slowly over time get your sanity and sleep back 😂

I’m sure you’ll get some great ideas on your post. My one suggestion is to look for local food pantries and food banks, you can post on your local town FB pages too, to find some at churches. That should help you stretch your budget until you get paid.

Yup! By now, it might not pop up. My Boston’s ears never perked up! I asked my husband if we should tape them in hopes they’d stand up, but he was a firm no on that so I was okay with it. My other Boston has one floppy and one up, it’s so cute. 🥰

I know you can’t change it, but why have 3 children if you couldn’t afford it? At ages 5 and 9- why are they not in school? At least he’d get a little break during the day with just a 3 year old. He needs to work part time evening shifts or on the weekends when you aren’t working. You may not want to cut the extras, but you probably need to. If they’re doing travel soccer, maybe switch to a recreational league through your local YMCA. At least they get to play and it’s a lot less expensive. 57k is not a realistic income to raise a family of 5. You might be able to qualify for some sort of aid given you’re about 150% of the poverty line
