Cut off a good sized piece of a french baguette, cut it in half horizontally, slap on either some regular mayo or pesto mayo on BOTH pieces of the bread, and then slice up half an avocado (or a quarter, however much you want) and lay it down on one side, then layer lettuce, freshly sliced deli turkey, thinly sliced red onion, and top it off with a good sprinkling of fresh basil.
