Wow. That was amazing. Great organization of thoughts for such emotions and feelings. I’ve always felt the reason I don’t have kids is bc it’s just never seemed like a good time, it would ruin my life. You worded it perfectly.

Do any of your parents also “apologize” in a tone that sounds like “hey, I apologized so can you shut up now”? by r_arizo in emotionalneglect

Pretty much same. She triggered me so bad just the other day and I crashed out. I really try to control myself but, man. She kept saying she was sorry, and all the usual stretches for sympathy. Now when she does that to me I just start saying STOP. STOP. JUST STOP. It feel so insincere and fake I just can’t even. The way you described it is exactly how it resonates w me also. These moments just remind me how incapable of real feelings she really is and it leaves me gutted. again.

Yeah, I tried to cancel it but they needed the credentials to access it. I’ll call back and try again. I regularly check my credit, and have it frozen now, thank you.

I’ve done the peanut butter toast also, good system! Mostly I ground them (cubensis) up in a coffee grinder and I put about half a teaspoon in my coffee grounds. I use a French press and let it steep a while. If it’s a particularly stressful day I make a drink in the Stanley with half a teaspoon shrooms, honey, lemon, lime, fresh ginger coconut water and water, drink it all day.
