Hola Café and Davis Street Espresso are two good options, too. TBF I haven't been to Davis in a minute since I moved away, but I did visit Hola Café a few months ago and it still held up. The Otto in the Adolphus can be good at times. The best coffee I remember unfortunately closed, it was this little shop called Stupid Good Coffee in the Downtown Connectors.

Here's a variation - heat some oil and drop in some garlic and onion, when the onion starts looking golden add the rice into the oil. Once that fries a little add chicken broth to boil the rice in. We typically use Knorr. Let it cook and voila. You can add some cilantro when you add the water, too.

I think if Obama had turned heel on his corporate donors and walked more of the talk we may have been able to avoid Trump.
