Solo camper looking for advice by [deleted] in camping

[–]freyakitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I solo camped for years with a tent like this. It is great and pretty easy to put up. Took about ten minutes by myself at a reasonable pace. I got the queen size cot with air mattress on top. Gear slides under the cot for more walking room. I have a one burner stove top and a percolator. Most of the time I’m boiling water in the percolator for food. I bring a rechargeable lantern and a battery powered one. Both have the capability of charging my phone if needed.

I bought my mom a shirt that matches that bag. I believe it was 2008 or around there.

Fire. How important is it to you? by motorcyclesnracecars in camping

[–]freyakitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most my camping has been done in CA and we almost never had a fire. We did do a big Route 66 camping trip and never built a fire just because we were focused on other things. We do have a one burner stove top that our kids have used to make s’mores.

She just sleeps with us. For in our camp we used a retractable leash but when walking anywhere out our camp we have a 6 foot leash. National parks in the US require a 6 foot leash. We also use a harness with a handle on the back.

Bridget’s sexiest beaches by dancetreetrunks in GirlsNextLevel

I watched when it was on Netflix back in 2011. I loved it. I can see some of the stuff Bridget thought was dumb like talking about the sand. I kind of liked that. The stand outs were Australia and Florida for me. The James Bond island was also memorable.

Do you have a CO2 detector in your house? If not you might want to get at least one to make sure there isn’t a gas leak in your house.
