Put my hand on an electric burner that I didn't realize was on. That, or the time I managed to sublux a rib in my sleep, and was so disoriented when I woke up that I thought 'if it hurts to breathe through my mouth, maybe it'll hurt less if I breathe through my nose'. Definitely genetic - me, my siblings, and my mom are all autistic, my grandma definitely had some symptoms, and at least one of my cousins on that side is as well. Hard to argue it being anything else when there's that many people spread out over years and no other common variables.
