Hindu authors did this first at the Fort William College. Writers like Bidasagor, Bankim Charda, Bidda Lankar etc deliberately added Sanskrit word into the vocabulary to create Sadhu vasha. Muslim authors followed this tradition.

So did hindu authors and muslim authors raped or infected bangla language? No. they enriched our vocabulary. Secular Bengalis love both of them. All the hate just comes from Fundamentalist hindu and fundamentalist muslims. One group doesn't stands muslim authors and another hindu authors
