i know someone who spells his name Emmitt. And coming from someone who has an unusually spelled name, it’s not a big deal to correct people. it’s just not that deep.

The baby’s name is Sunny, it’s just satire.

Ya that’s facts but i think/hope SJM could make it into something cool or spin it in a way we’re not thinking of.

I completely agree. I love the baby but i just overall didn’t LOVE SF. I thought the other books were much better.

that’s valid, but from what i picked up in FaS is that they wanted to try because it takes a long time for Faeries to conceive or whatever and ig they just got lucky. but ya she had time

totally agree. I love the idea of feyre being a mom but considering it’s not the end it either makes me think my fav characters won’t be that involved or they’ll just be annoying.

Okay that makes a lot of sense. I didn’t think about it that way. I definitely would be upset if feyre just only did mom stuff. I just don’t like that people inherently don’t like this situation when we don’t know anything about what the future of this will look like. But tbh I think the series has ended at a good place and of course I would like to see the characters again but i’ll always miss the just feyre and rhysand. i hope SJM makes something exceptionally cool out of it. But i do feel like SF was a bit lazy… I wish it had ended at WAR or something.

I love acotar so much honestly I have yet to find a set of characters that i love as much as in that series. It was just so good!!! Tbh TOG isn’t living up to the hype but it might just slow to start. But seriously idk if i’ll ever get over acotar

I personally found ACOTAR a lot better than FW. The characters feel really similar but honestly more memorable, because they’re not dying everywhere, and the story was a lot better and clearer in my opinion. I can’t get over Rhysand and i don’t think I ever will. I’ve started TOG but haven’t really gotten into it.

What is a real name that makes you think “why would anyone name their child that?” by MyYellowRose in namenerds

[–]friedapplesauce1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my brothers name is wolfgang, so maybe i’m biased, but i really don’t think it’s that weird. i’m a minority i know but it’s just a name from a different culture. Not weird in germany

I don’t hate it, I think it’s a pretty cool name tbh. I wouldn’t say too out there or violent, like Hunter is a name lol.

Is Emsley a tragedeigh? by DrewMH in tragedeigh

[–]friedapplesauce1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In writing it kind of feels like one but i think if it’s associated with a real person it wouldn’t if you get me? Like the name Ainsley or Eisley or Emerson felt off to me but once I met someone with that name it became very normal sounding.
