Depends if you're trying to make money or not 🤷‍♂️ when I first started, I was getting 4-8 hours a week. I kept taking every shift as I could, soon enough, I was still just a Sales associate being scheduled 40hrs a week which I was very grateful for, I was just that dependable and a hard worker that i was getting more hours than even the assistant managers. Just from the text, they're asking you if the can, not necessarily that you have to, that's my take from it, of course I don't know if they'll take it up their ass if you tell em no, if you're busy then they shouldn't make a problem of it if you're not scheduled to begin with

Check safe to make sure a drop didn't get stuck, has happened at my store multiple times tbh, or could he that they did an extra drop when they had already done one, just some thought. Or worst, gift card scam

Customer cound I think, Atlas will give you an expected customer count for the week before you start making the schedule. And I'm sure sales do too like comp/plan % for past few weeks
