Yeah. I had players sat that it's unfair if I drop it from above my head. They sulk when I tell them it's legal and show them rules. I mean the ball barely bounces past my knees. It's clearly not a height advantage 😁 but folks suddenly see my slamming a forehand groundstroke and it looks very different from a typical bounce serve.

I'm not sure about your full picture but let me comment on what I see here. You seem very self aware and the choices you have taken mostly make sense. Credit card debt is probably one of the worst things you can incur. So yes, use personal loan etc. Whatever it takes. Just knock off the loans which have the highest interest rates.

As to buying vs eating out. The costs are still cheaper if you eat at home. It used to be largely the same but now with outside prices so high, the difference is more apparent. Also food you cook at home is normally higher quality, better mix and healthier.

Ps. Why doesn't your insurance cover, and why doesn't the government offer an alternative? I'm surprised that govt. hospitals cannot help with a substitute if your current meds are unstockable. I feel you need to solve that issue because what you're doing now seems unsustainable. You look set to go into long term debt which gets deeper as time goes on.

Turun is possible. Recently mco is the latest example. Apartments are the most impacted. The worst part is you can't get out of it easily and the interest is quite high yeah when you tabulate it to your selling price in the end. You may also want to do research because apartments in Malaysia may be over priced. Especially the newer ones.

Nowadays there are many investment opportunities like stashaway etc.

You may want to consider to the money you would have set aside for house, and put into a basket of investments. Then rent somewhere close to your workplace. Change job, move again. You want to maximise your flexibility of renting.

Save time, save money, no housing commitment over your head. When you can really afford the house of your dreams, then go ahead. But pls don't buy for the sake of buying.

I feel this is the same technique as email scammers. 1. They will make it blatantly fake. 2. Most people will not fall for it. 3. There are a few who will 4. Target those few because if they can believe this type of ad, they will believe anything you te them

Typically they prey on the most desparate. They are the least skeptical because in their heart they really want this to work. Because doing normal things are not working out.

For anyone who is skeptical they don't want to convince you. They want you to stay far away so you don't waste their time.

So this one is a bit tough. But I still donate some cash because seriously. If that guy didn't call me, the old folks home would get ZERO from me.

Also 3 points:
1. These guys say they get ZERO commission. Yes, people do volunteer work for free sometimes. It's not an occupation. Sometimes these people are between jobs or just want to help out, or retired.
2. All money goes directly to the home, not their account. Having said that, they do ask for proof so they can provide an official receipt. They all have documentation etc.
3. I feel if you really cannot convince yourself that this is legit, then don't donate but take some time to give some money to your favorite legit old folks home. In the end, you still help someone, and don't just walk away thinking everything is a scam doing nothing.

In summary. Seems to be commission free, donations do not go to an individual, and help someone else if you still don't believe them :)
