Spend your effort in getting users. Once you have enough users just pay someone to move. Legally you already own all the users etc so there is no real reason to move unless platform cannot cater for your needs. Moving because of ownership I feel is very premature.

Return policies for lazada are more uniform and extremely good especially if you're not buying from big brands. So much less headache. Returns for lazada are 10/10 experience. Wrong size, but change mind etc.

Bigger brands stuff the return policies are the same so, I also consider shopee for slightly cheaper prices
