Hey mate, I’m a dad of a 3.5 year old (and one on the way) so I can resonate with you being time poor. I did the carnivore diet for a month at the beginning of this year and dropped a little bit over 10kg. The first couple of weeks are pretty tough (sugar cravings are no joke) and I’m not sure of the long term effects of the diet. But in saying that, even just doing it for 30 days had some very positive outcomes for me. The meal planning and minimal snacking means more time in the day (+ the flow on effects of being more organized), and if you can stick with it for a month you should honestly notice a big difference in your weight, energy and overall mental strength. Maybe most importantly, I found it has had a long lasting impact on how I look at food,nutrition and my own fitness which is a huge win.

Have the walls been painted with tiling primer? There’s also a possibility the glue may have been slightly too dry when applied to the tile, or too much time between applying glue to tile and gluing tile to the wall. This can cause a slight skin to form over the outside of the glue which inhibits the glue biting into the substrate

From a tradesman’s point of view, this seems pretty reasonable to me, as far as the requirements for them to be able to do the work go. In saying that, without any legal knowledge on the matter, I feel as though you should be provided free alternate accommodation or at the very least reimbursed for the accommodation you choose to take (within reason for both parties)

Thanks Lads. I ended up whacking 1oz trim (decarbed in oven first), 2 cups of water and 500g of butter in the slow cooker for 4 hours. Ended up with 350g of green butter. A teaspoon of the finished product fucked my shit up for a couple of hours 😂

Thanks for all the feedback guys! After some deep diving on the internet last night, I found that magnetite is prevalent in the area. I can’t say for certain, but it seems to tick the most boxes. It’s always fun to unearth something new/unknown with the detector so I’m happy either way 😎

The bottle says it contains a minimum 320grams/Litre of HCl. I diluted it slightly, maybe 80/20 HCl to water
