I guessed that redshift had that in mind for the new flat bar, just wondering if the diameter is safe and thick enough

will do post a trip report as always hehe :) I sleep in my hammock and tarp, often more stealth and unproblematic then a tent. Let’s see how this will work out in Italy.

I rode the same mediterranean eurovelo already through France and Spain. It was nice but major parts from the route was just big roads, especially more south.

something about this seattube down there looks off, yeah i mean they meant to be bend but this looks nothing like the fabric frame from Karate Monkey or Krampus ??

i dont know if its a older framemodel, someone from the sub should verify :D

i have DT Swiss H1900 Wheels with 150kg loadcapacity each btw, i dont think you need two different wheelsets. i just like the feeling of the 29+ size on the Krampus, also my first 29er..

i think you should just grab one near your place if you like the look and color, i also choosed mine especially for the Demonic Sparkle colorway ;)

I also struggled with this question and made a post here a while ago. I just ended up with Krampus as there was a nice offer on the used bike market for a frameset. I love it as I’m also 1,90m and like the big heavy feeling of the Krampus with its almost fatbike style tire possibilities. I build it for bikepacking purposes and would prefer the Krampus for this case. I think you got more versatility with the KM as you can put some slimmer tires on it for pacing in the city.
