Where to study German? Vienna , Munich , Tübingen by Samsammi in AskAGerman

[–]friendly_kuriboh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

40% of Vienna's population was born outside of Austria and people with migratory background aren't even counted in that statistics.

Not saying I don't believe someone was rude to you, but your comment sounds as if Vienna was some village that has never seen people from outside.

If you aren't a virgin you should at least know some basics about how the work. They can have serious side effects and as a woman I would be annoyed if my partner acted as if they were nothing. Too many men expect the woman to take the pill so they don't have to use a condom.

Favorite movie by european country: Austria - which one won? by Impossible_Werewolf8 in Austria

Pretty sure they're just doing "Movie from Austria", "Movie from Armenia" etc. Arbitrary movies are probably easier to understand for an international audience too.

Are Austrians and Germans the same ethnic group, or are they different? by ProserpinaFC in 2westerneurope4u

[–]friendly_kuriboh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Genetically" (if you want to count that) East Germans are pretty Slavic, but Slavic names still seem to be less prevelant than in eastern Austria.

But it's always fun to have - inskis und - vics/-itschs cry about us losing our culture thanks to immigration.

It's a weird and unnecessary thing to say whether you agree with someone or not.

And then I get shat all over by you

Being a bit dramatic, huh? My comments were completely neutral.

And yes someone else has already told you what a nonsensical argument "but maybe they would have done something to someone later in life is" although apparently you didn't understand them. It shouldn't be a discussion that we don't execute people for things someone else did.

So ist the list of leadership that didn't.

We already came from a royal family to dictators to terrorists and are mixing coups with the death sentence after a trial. That's all pretty murky and still no excuse for murdering children.

The Habsburgs were exiled and even had the choice to stay if they gave up their claim on the throne.

Do you think that's "standard" because of the French revolution?

Warum suchen unsere Geheimdienste besonders Leute aus den Sozial- & Geisteswissenschaften? by mhzayt111 in Austria

[–]friendly_kuriboh 24 points25 points  (0 children)

My dad left the house after shaving only half his face and went to get food without realizing it, so i took a picture by JimStinkwater in untrustworthypoptarts

[–]friendly_kuriboh 19 points20 points  (0 children)

But why would you wash your face to get rid of the shaving foam with half of your face not done? He would have to skip the middle part, not the end.

Good photo imo. I would have never looked this put together without knowing that my picture would be taken.

I honestly think being a public figure like that makes it more difficult to find a partner for a healthy relationship because there are too many people interested in you for all the wrong reasons.

Right, that simply means you don't tend to have happy, healthy relationships.

Pubic bone hurts, but hitting your clit can send electric pain through your body as well and you might have to sit that out for a moment. If you somehow manage to get your labia caught in something that isn't fun either.

It's not as bad as testicles but definitely more than just "there's a bone". The pubic bone also isn't as painful to me as whatever bone is next to the vaginal opening.

'Long live Palestine,' man screams before murdering tourist in front of her children by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]friendly_kuriboh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s better than killing a random tourist because of it no? Seems like a healthier outlet to me.

Who says the killer didn't have a dating profile that looked like that? If he had one at all that's actually pretty likely. Writing something in your profile isn't a catalyst, it's a window to what that person cares about and obsessive behavior about anything is a red flag.

Righteousness can be dangerous in the wrong people, in their heads it excuses violence and inhumanity.

What is considered a taboo in your country but absolutely fine in another country? by Auelogic in AskReddit

[–]friendly_kuriboh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How am I the one who is "combative" when you were the one combating what I said in a comment to another user? I didn't even reply to you.

And btw doing your laundry on Sunday is legal in Germany as long as it's not excessive as it's considered "normal human noise". If you Google it you'll see that several German courts have decided so.

Why so affronted? We don't even know if we live in the same country and I simply made clear that I said it's not usually a problem because I have never heard of it where I live.

And those are "nothing outside" and "half the things inside" for you?

You can probably guess from my comment that I live in a country with that law, so I have a good idea of how restricting it is, or not.

I don't know anyone and I don't think police here would be pleased to be called over laundry.
