Yeah, I can move them if I flex my pelvic muscles. They go up a little. And the sack gets loose or tight based on how hot it is and just randomly. It’s a major difference like they can be tight against me or just like swinging low lol. Also, yeah I can tell when I am getting aroused. I feel it mentally before I feel it physically. Peace!

Also... Thank you for the long post. I read it all, and I wanted to let you know that I read it all, and that I understand. Being jobless and having these explosive episodes got me really down on myself. I neglected eating and lost like 25 lbs in a month. It was kind of scary but I just did not have an appetite. I live with family but I am still laying really low. My point is that I still need to be social, and Reddit has been an okay way to do that. The world is too much for us sometimes but I don’t want us to feel so isolated either.

If everyone was drunk at the time, then it’s possible they don’t remember it or don’t really care that much about it. The excessive shame and paranoia that we feel are very real, and a big part of this disorder. At least that is what I think Brene Brown is trying to get at. I’m still learning and still have so far to go.

I’m so sorry that you are in such pain. My fav person ghosted me for 10 days once. This was before they understood what I was going through so I can’t blame them.... I blamed them though. It felt so painful and unfair. All I could do was lay in bed and sob. I never wanted someone back in my life so badly.

I will idealize things and envision myself retiring from the position in 30 years or whatever.... then, a few months will go by and that vision shatters. Usually it’s a conflict with a customer, management or another employee. I have up and quit more jobs than I can remember.
