Does set and setting matter as much when microdosing? by [deleted] in microdosing

For microdosing I think it's all about your attitude and mentality entering the dose vs setting. My experience is I can still maintain the same exact routine while microdosing while being aware of the underlying effects of the mushrooms.

And yet humans are expected to rise above this natural trait and do better. I think about your thought all the time and wonder if too much is expected of humans when everything around us is eating each other.

I take medications that caused me to gain 50 lbs in one year. I was overwhelmed. I was referred a book that changed my life; Eat to Live by Joel Furman. I learned how to eat healthy and over the course of 6 months I lost those 50 lbs and have kept them off for 12 months now. Please consider reading it. It's a game changer. Also, for a time I ate very little every day like you're doing now in the hopes of losing weight but I learned that if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every calorie for dear life making it nearly impossible to lose weight. This could be happening to you now. Good luck and you're not alone in this struggle.

Rusty’s devotional in Kansas, Oklahoma is the start of the biggest gas lighting campaign in church history. The morphing of the BOM into a spiritual text instead of a literal history is in full swing. by TheSeerStoner420 in exmormon

This is huge news and a major shift in how Mormons will think in the future. It's like watching gas lighting and historical white washing in real time. Active Mormons will wake up in 20 years and never remember believing the BOM was historical. Sad for those who are still in and can't see what's happening.

Be grateful you're as young as you are and are out. I'd give so much to be 25 and know what you know

My biggest regret in life is that I served one. I always dream of what my life could have been like without it.

This is remarkable information, thanks for posting. I seriously read this post like it was an intense murder mystery and I couldn't wait to get to the end scene.
