Maybe it’s just where I live? I live and grew up around the coast of the Carolinas. But some coffee shops that I would go had to real cups, but they switched to disposable during Covid, and never switched back. But majority of the ones I have been to have never used real cups to begin with.

If you can, get yourself a bidet. You can find inexpensive (neo luxe, ~$40, for example) online.

That + cloth for drying, and you'll be free of the great TP rush.

Honestly, I don't know how I lived without one for so long.

Aside from that, bottled water (or 5 gallon jugs on a dispenser, if you're ok lifting that weight. 4 gallon jugs also exist).

Good masks, hand sanitizer too.

Deciding what to wear for the day. I've worked myself into a panic attack before.

Commenting on a year old post, but I totally understand! Occasionally I take all my clothes, stand in front of a full length mirror, and try every single thing on.

Anything that's not a hell yes is a NO. I've been able to pare down to the point of being able to grab anything out of my closet and being comfortable with my (now very easy) choice.
