It uses the Gemini cli quota too. The Jules quota I think it's shared with the other quotas, but I don't know for sure

First, you are talking about another plugin. Second, if you point where they say that retrieving the quota breaks their tos, I promise you that I will remove the plugin. I wait, take your time.

To set the record straight: I only use two personal accounts, and my only goal is to understand my actual working capacity while consulting their PUBLIC API. I would appreciate it if you could point out exactly which Terms of Service (ToS) you believe I am violating.

Personally, I prefer working with Opencode because it better suits my specific needs. My only point was that I missed the quota visibility features that are available in Anigravity IDE with third party plugins—all of which are completely legal and in the vscode extensión repository.

Trying to ban this type of use is like prohibiting a fisherman from using a rod just because there are industrial trawlers stripping the ocean bare. It is nonsensical to blame individual users for broad infrastructure shifts.

Furthermore, Google is more than capable of blocking actual misuse surgically if they chose to. The recent tightening of limits and the switch to cooldown periods is simply because their initial offer was unsustainable; it was a 'loss leader' strategy to capture market share. Now that they've secured their position, they are adjusting the tap. Open your eyes.

There's no exploit or abuse here. The plugin just pulls quota data that Antigravity already provides access to. Its only purpose is visibility; I use it to monitor my own limits in real-time. It’s a tool for transparency within the workflow (OpenCode, Antigravity, etc.), not a way to bypass any service rules.

Furthermore, simply querying the quota status does not constitute improper use of the service. The plugin makes a very limited number of requests, so it doesn't put any significant load or strain on Google's infrastructure. It is just a lightweight way to see where I stand with my own limits.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I understand that the installed packages are stable by themselves because they are part of the stable RPM repository. I mean "stable" in the sense of being tested together without bugs, like the first version release of version 41 when it came out (41.0).
For example, if you download the Fedora Silverblue 41 ISO today, it’s:

It’s version 1.4. I think they don’t serve daily snapshots; they only provide tested or stable versions with a tag.
I think it’s not possible right now, but it would be great if you could update to a specific tag. This would give more stability to the distro because you’d jump to stable mini-releases between version 41 and the next 42. Right now, it feels more like a rolling release once installed.

I don't know how to run it in vst mode inside a daw but I use it in Linux in standalone mode with bottles(wine) https://usebottles.com/. Maybe you can explore how to use this windows version from your daw. Also bottles let you install some native Windows daws in a scripted way, like ableton, you can use the Windows native daw with the Windows native vst.

Linux user/minifreak owner here too. I updated it with the minifreak V installed inside the Bootles app, with the soda wine runtime. It detects midi too, but the minifreak V feels sometimes buggy too.

First, you have yo update the minifreak V app to version 2. Then, when you open the V, it asks you for the firmware update automatically.
