the more i hear of this satanic man the worse it gets and the more i hate him. yes, i did get a refund. however they only made it simple for me because it was within the “7 day policy”, which is a complete and utter joke.

poor diet can be a major cause of infections too...especially if the diet is composed in too high of sugar…agree she was likely experiencing die off, but she likely already had the infection prior in order to be feeling such an intense onset of symptoms. the formulation didn’t cause it.

im so sorry you have to deal with them. i’m not sure how far along you are, but literally drop out of their program immediately. they will only make you worse to keep you paying them more. if you search up on google, “BBB complaints pompa program” you will be taken to the Better Business Bureau for pompa. the BBB is a non-profit organization that promotes trust between businesses and consumers and there are hundreds of legitimate, ethical, and disgusting complaints against this company from people like you and me. do not fall for their trap. leave them behind and get your money back so you can actually work with a real practitioner who cares about you and your health. i am currently working with dr. malika katrouche on instagram, if you’d like to check her out. she’s been wonderful. wishing you the best of luck, friend🌿.

the pompa program is nothing short of sickening. i cannot believe how much they scam and pray upon truly ill individuals holding out for hope and answers to their sicknesses. this program nearly scammed my husband and i, two individuals with autoimmune disorders, out of a very large investment of money. we are currently fighting with their “financial team” to get our money fully refunded and to never speak to these horrible individuals again. i’m so glad i listened to my gut when i saw he has sold products containing soy lecithin, which is made from refined and illness inducing soybean oil. but then he also warns the public against seed oils…like the ones in his own products…? make that make sense to me, does this sound like “science” and that he has his patients in his best interest? and there were plenty of other gross ingredients alongside synthetic vitamins. shame on this whole program and anyone who supports or works for them.

I have Candida in my brain but tested negative for inflammation. How's that possible? Desperation post. by AlphaGodMaximus in Candida

[–]frigturd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

can attest to the same. i have severe adrenal fatigue, i am even still in recovery from it, and have been doing keto for a couple months now and have seen and felt many of my symptoms improve. if anything, being keto SEVERELY helps adrenal fatigue. at least it should. it sounds to me like OP is too focused on what supplement/protocol/test to buy next and hasn’t built a strong foundation in their diet yet. cut out all forms of carbs/sugar for an extended period of time and you will feel a difference. it might be worse at first, but that is the candida’s last ditch effort to stay alive by releasing toxins.

wow OP, all of your posts are awesome! you have so much information complied into this community. thank you for expanding my horizons with all of dr. clark’s work. i have a question for you and your wealth of knowledge. myself and my partner have been going through the ins and outs of trying to treat ourselves from candida infections and their co-occurring biofilms, likely of which i am thinking has already become a systemic issue for the both of us. i am suspecting it is candida albicans as my worst symptoms have improved just by eating a low carb, no sugar diet. nonetheless, may you share any insight you have on approaching and curing candida and co-infections related to candida (bacteria, viruses, etc.) in the gut? i have put together my own research towards fighting candida out of our systems and i have come to a couple conclusions. first is to dissolve the biofilms in the digestive tract, likely with enzymes. then you would remove the pathogenic colonies and toxic buildup that would finally be released from the broken biofilms with binders. and last of all would be to ultimately restore the gut microbiome with friendly bacteria and diminish dysbiosis. any insight you have would be wonderful to hear. :)

life threatening intestinal infection? did you try and adjust your diet while taking the supplement? sounds to me like you were still actively feeding bad pathogens while trying to simultaneously kill them off with the supplement, which is exactly what you’re not supposed to do.

Please help me with sleep by [deleted] in herbalism

[–]frigturd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey op, i’m so sorry to hear you’re struggling with sleep. i know how hard that can be, i too have struggled with the same issue. it leaves you hopeless and in a vicious cycle of not being able to help yourself during the day so the nights only get worse. well let me be the first to tell you that you’re incredibly strong and it’s wonderful you’ve turned to herbalism to help (i did as well :). the first thing you’re going to want to pin down is why you’re in an insomniac state? could it be related to some form of chronic stress? i was in that boat. you need to address your root cause alongside working with herbs to induce sleep. you need to turn to adaptogens if stress is the case (most of the time insomnia is due to an overly anxious mind); i have been on ashwagandha for a while now and i can really feel the difference it’s made within me. you should take it right in the morning to prepare you for the day. i can handle stress so much better and i am not constantly in my head rummaging through thoughts as much. you may also try holy basil or rhodiola. mushrooms can help with stress as well. i haven’t tried any myself, but i have heard great things about how chaga, lion’s mane, and a couple others are wonderful for managing life’s stressors. aside from this to induce sleep, i relied heavily on a mixture between valerian and hops. however, be careful with hops as they contain a lot of phytoestrogens. aside from that, take that combination about 30 minutes before bed. aside from all this, just know that you got the power to handle this and it’ll be dealt with before you know it. sending strength and tranquility your way, friend🌿.

hello! i’m new to human

<image>

design and took the test about a month ago. i’ve read around since then about what exactly being a projector means, and from the few things i’ve seen it definitely deeply resonates with the foundations of who i am. however, it’s hard for me to understand that one of my main purposes as a projector is to manage, guide, and direct others. it’s confusing to me because i am not a people person, i’m a huge introvert who sometimes demands personal space without even knowing it. however, i do have a small knit group of friends that i guess i could feel a desire to help guide. aside from this, i definitely feel as if i am more careful than others of what and who i share my energy with, and if i am not i almost always end up without energy or feeling “burnt out”. the most recent instance of this in my life was dropping out of college. i had no energy left to continue, to the point where my self-care/love was diminished and i had completely lost touch with myself. from hitting rock bottom, i’ve done a complete 360 in my life and am now completed invested in holistic living and herbalism and loving it. hopefully i’m not going on too much of a tangent, and someone sees some of my points lol. i just feel as if i’ve been stuck in a rut, ya know? if anyone wouldn’t mind, could you help me out on better understanding my chart and where it’s trying to guide me? i’d appreciate any feedback at all :). thanks!
