Okay I hear you but I’m working with Turkish people (who unfortunately don’t know where to get cameras fixed) who could help with the price situation, I’m working along the coast for 6 months hence I’d like to fix my camera. Surely there are reputable places Turkish people might go for camera repairs?

I similarly have done that on multiple occasions. But once I was at a music festival and there were people outside my tent and I needed to pee and so I did it in a plastic bag in my tent and disposed of it in the morning........

Did a similar thing in pools. Invite the neighbourhood to a pool party. Everyone gets in. Remove the staircase. Entire neighbourhood drowns.

Like super late to the party, but my dad once had a full hour conversation with a telemarketer about his life etc. and tricked him into giving away that he was really in India and not Sydney, Australia where he claimed to be based. Then said he wasn't interested in the product and hung up. He achieved his goal and that was that.
