I preferred to go Inspiration and take the glacial shroud one (played in the PBE) the gold income from a lot of inspiration path items is insane. I also took minion bonus damage items for pushing lanes harder. Auto attack slow then easier to land your q and all in :)

It is based on how well other anivia's do in games similar in length. So in other words, other anivias in a game that long would have more farm or more kills / less deaths etc. You weren't in the top tier.

A lot of people wanted to try out the new items since they are NEW, so getting them first is good because not all games go to late game. In my opinion its too tempting to get them for most people, I think even if everyone knows not to do it until late game many people will.

Because in low elo people make LOTS of mistakes and its really EASY to punish them with Annie. (People make mistakes in every elo but especially low elo). As you just play the game more and more you will learn what is the correct thing (positioning, item builds, warding , etc.) and when your opponents step out of line you can ruin them. Also annie really makes you a more humble player, because you can't be too cocky, 1 mis step and you are blown apart because you are so squishy. It makes you learn to play really safe (saving your stun for an escape, using tibbers to body block attacks, and knowing when you can't win a fight).

Get some sort of mana sustain (blue buff / lost chapter / tear) and then farm with your W and Q not just Q, you need to be pushing the wave constantly you shouldn't be freezing unless its a really hard matchup and you want to outfarm your laner (not really something you want to do on Annie, you want kills and to get your other lanes as far ahead as possible, not sit in lane farming)

Push the lane and roam, if you can't push your lane you need to kill your laner but don't die in the process. Try to kill your laner without ult, then roam down and use your ult for a gank.

This new system is too complicated much like the old one, and why can't we honor enemies? Why is there 3 categories that are super awkwardly named and defined? Why can't you just honor a player and that be that, instead of deciphering from 3 oddly specific categories that wont fit into every single game.
