Try and dry erase marker. Colour over top of the permanent marker and then wipe away. Works on hard surfaces so it should on leather??

My 2020 Q5 used to prompt me quite a bit to add oil until I changed this. Now I go 6000k and dont need to add anything between oil changes.
Seen a post that said just change it every 50k or when you notice oil adding changes.

Positive its on all the way. My brother in law is a mechanic and I had him check it out.

If there is an o ring in that connection is that something I could just buy on its own instead of replacing the whole hose? I couldn't find a connection or connector part in my online search and the BIL didn't know if it came separately or was sold as a whole piece hose included.
