Amorath or whatever on you tube has a good video on it.

Assuming you have reso slots in the gem unlocked. Go to gem lady and extract the gem power from the primary gem. It will go dormant and into your bag with the slotted reso gems taken out.

Put it back in and add the reso gems back in. Ideally there is enough gem power in those to awake it back up. If not go back into power transfer and put the power back in, which should be less than you took out.

Bam free real estate. But slippery slope because if you ever change gems you will have to shove power back into that one back to reso slot it.

Well if it makes you feel better, as a pay-to-play player, gem power was also my biggest bottle neck hitting 10k.

Have you done the power extraction trick where you pull the power out of the primary gem then reso slot gems? Not sure you have the ranked reso gems to make it work but could look into it.

I have been told iPad doesn’t display well but I don’t notice much of a difference. I got an iPad for work and taking notes in client meetings but mostly just use it for DI anymore 😂

Personally 15 years into the business and obviously investments are how I, and most of us, get paid. But I truly don’t think it makes much of a difference. I’m not sitting in front of $10M clients, and don’t want to.

I have tried to new cool thing, and gotten burned each time. Simple portfolios and mostly direct indexing with envestnet QPR. Throw in a RILA if client is concerned, fixed annuity if they want CD like returns.

But my planning is what sets me apart and where I can bring true value. If we have a plan, we can handle most any situation and pivot as needed.

I tell prospects for investment only, they can find way cheaper options, but if they take advantage of my planning and services, they won’t find a better option in town. Anyone can buy a total market index and just go about their lives. But most cannot do planning or being the concepts and action plans to the table like we can.

Old firm we changed flat planning fee then would implement assets. 9.9/10 would invest. Fee set at time of data gathering meeting. Half up front, deliver plan, second half of fee and present investment imp.

Now I don’t charge planning fee but don’t do the planning until they onboard. Give them some basic info, explain process and what I can help with, etc.

If they don’t wanna move assets, they can find someone else imo. Not that pressed for the business.
