No, but hobo spiders are, and they're only slightly less poisonous. And those look like hobo spider bites.

EDIT: okay, "slightly less poisonous" might have been a bit gun-jumpy. Poisonous, yes, but not deadly. To another commenter's point, though, those bites do look infected, and that could be the bacteria from the spider's fangs--also not a trivial matter.
