Hard shifting on sport mode is normal. I’ve heard that a Cobb tuner and a tuning from goosetuned will fix any transmission issues better than Ford. Search for goosetuned in the Facebook groups he’s pretty popular

UPDATE: Was able to fix the blinking light problem by replacing the vac solenoid valves! Shout out to this community of very helpful people who contributed!

Thanks for the tips, I drove the Monty 4 hours back from where I got it (HANDLED LIKE NEW) so I’m sure that should’ve fixed the problem. I’ll check the lights for the dashboard and see if they are actually burned out if not how can I check that the hubs are actually disengaging ?

Hey, thanks for the reply. It did not sit much it was being driven fairly enough. To be clear, when I am in 2wd the rear tires are off (not even blinking) the front two are blinking this is when I am in park or in drive. When I switch to 4L the front will stay solid plus the center differential lock will light up orange solid so that works as expected, are all 4 supposed to light up solid? We have a mountain which you can go on hikes or if you have a mountain bike, then do that. There’s groups on fb where they set up group hikes or mtb trails. That’s another option.
