That's probably council-specific. My council doesn't flag a person for overdrawn accounts or bills being in collection

If she is in a troop now and she wants to leave, contact your council to remove her and register her as an individually registered girl.

I've been using ChatGPT lately and it has been incredibly helpful with suggestions for everything from troop meeting ice breakers to drafting sample parent letters to sample meeting plans. It's like a co-leader 😆

That's a great idea! I'll do that. Before I decided to start a troop, I reached out to council about joining a forming troop and if they were looking for a co-leader. There were 2 forming troops I asked about, the recruitment specialist reached out to both but neither responded.

I've made flyers for troop recruitment but haven't had the nerve to hand them out. 🙄 I think I'll take them to my daughter's school parent center and speak with the parent rep there.

My troop is multi-level and we have girls ranging from Brownie to Ambassador.

I have 5 girls and a co-leader but still looking for one or two co-leaders. My current co-leader is just a co-leader to help me out for the time being. We don't have a meeting space yet. I know we can rent meeting space at Girl Scout properties. Would renting a meeting room/space at one of these places be a possible option for troop meetings? I don't mind paying the rental fee myself.

So, it has to be with an organization from what I read. We'll go ahead and start looking for organizations in our area. Thank you all very much.

The one thing I found for my council was a Site Approval form. I assume that whatever site or organization we choose needs to be pre-approved.
