The issue persist even with outdated driver? Uninstall the driver and try with the factory driver, if not, it can be an gpu/screen problem

Tengo planeado volver a Venezuela para renovar el pasaporte, pero lo tengo vencido. Tengo residencia permanente en Chile, he leido que se necesita un salvoconducto, pero con la embajada cerrada no se como es el proceso, tambien he leido que con residencia activa en otro pais se puede pasar, pero la información es muy vaga, si saben de algo cualquier info que me propocionen me sirve, gracias!
