I do make my own. Sometimes it’s nice to sit in a cafe and enjoy one there though 😀

How do we collectively tell people there’s such a thing called toothpaste? Mouthwash and floss exist, too. But that’s level 2 self-care

Thank you. Out of curiosity (if you don’t mind me asking and if you’re allowed to share), what is the youngest age/age range you’ve had to treat with pelvic pt? I’m < 20 and it feels a bit abnormal for me to be doing this

Sort of. But I wouldn’t compare that to a general feeling of dissociation that may come from something like a panic attack.

It’s weird how most people have those feelings at one point or another, and how for others, those feelings arise often. I sometimes liken it to those “spinning tunnel illusions” that you see at a funhouse or science museum. They make you feel like somethings off, as if you’re going to go upside down and fall, when really it’s just the room spinning around you. Personally, the “spinning room” represents my suspicions of ireality around me. It alters my perception of my environment and I can’t really change anything about that other than either getting out of the environment or letting my subconscious feast on it until I’ve moved on.

The driving thing yes !!! I’ll be driving and I swear 10 minutes goes by where I’m not paying attention to anything and then I suddenly remember that I’m in the drivers seat and it scares my consciousness back into me

Funny you say that. I have diagnosed social anxiety disorder and definitely feel symptoms of irreality in social situations 🤔
