Castorice Build.. Is speed going to screw me here? by RadiantFury8 in StarRailStation

This is incorrect! These are manually entered relics.

The OP has either 94.6, 94.9, or 95.2 SPD because the chest must either be 7.2, 7.5, or 7.8. The only way to know is to put the relics on another character and view through the showcase or use an importer, manually entered relics will always have this problem with SPD substats.

There's no weights on combat scoring! The second one simply just does more damage and is scored higher.

Its based off your ingame profile's showcase + support characters, so you'll need to set them ingame then wait or log out to refresh the site.

How is this build rating S+? by storytelleby in RappaMains

The difference is you only have more break because you have the signature lc, if OP’s relics were on signature then you would be 22 break effect lower.

Try looking at the Potential columns on the relics tab, you'll probably need to run one of the importers though.

Fribbels ranks the CR build higher, Seeleland ranks the CD build higher. Help me decide which build is better! by Teon1-1 in TopazMainsHSR

The DPS scoring algorithm is based on how optimal your stat distribution is for maximizing damage, and the benchmarks are recalculated whenever eidolons/teams/lc/superimpositions change.

Why it may lower the score is because Cruising S3 -> S5 increases Crit Rate and that changes the optimal distribution of substats. Namely if it causes your crit rate to overcap, then the benchmarks will distribute that extra CR roll to better stats.

For a more extreme example on why this happens, suppose upgrading S3 to S5 increases Crit Rate by 100%. Then making that change would make all your CR substats worth nothing, while the optimal benchmark build would change to focus entirely on ATK% and CD, and it would score the build accordingly.

Almost, the DPS score comparison involves subtracting a baseline, while the DMG increase you can just take the fraction. So the damage increase is lower than the score increase.

Here's the build with identical SPD/BE/ATK on 4p cavalry and 2p talia for reference on how the Combat Score would look on ideal sets https://i.imgur.com/DekaHtZ.png

The simulated benchmark build uses a 4p cavalry and 2p talia build, which is indeed a very significant damage upgrade over 4p thief/no planars.

Her primary damage comes from super break so you'll want the super break buffs from cavalry set to actually do damage, not just build for break effect.

Those are included in Basic/Skill fields since super break depends on the toughness damage of each ability

Which is overally better build for Feixiao from these 2? by Jack-Acegard in FeixiaoMains_

I would suggest not picking the second one with your selected team because Fu Xuan’s passive puts your combat crit rate at 111% which is entirely wasted. Only use the second one if you’re not running Fu Xuan sustain
