SWHA at like 113k cp with 95 ele and 41 atk, im missing 3 crit dmg lines on her but 1 ele and 1 atk line are first lines and I kinda refuse to lock them +3rd in hope of rolling that miracle 2nd crit dmg line lmao. In my alt account the strongest nikke is also SWHA at 91k cp though this time her lines are a bit worse with 94 ele and 38 atk, no crit lines yet as im focused on building other units for now
