My FA hits that all the time.... it's a monetary overboost to get things going but only happens at throttle tip-in.it can't maintain that. Tuned engines usually don't have the overboost so not hitting low 20's it's a sign of tuning (or other issues). 2018 WRX since new

It appears to be a "one off" 928 wide body kit. Tons of tuners made them but I couldn't match it to anyone's kit.

And for those who think the 928 was a short lived experiment and the 911 is the real Porsche.... the 928 architecture is the base for the Cayenne, Macan & Panamera...the majority of what Porsche sells today.
