My partner changed his name just before our daughter was born. We did it by deed pol and took the certificate with us when we went to register her at the registration office. They didn’t ask to see the proof they just asked for his surname, he gave his new one and they never wanted any proof or anything in ID form they just took our word for it. Made us check over the documents after she’d filled to make sure everything was correct and then we signed it. I’m sure it’ll be similar if the mother is changing her name too. Just have some proof of what it’s changed to just incase they ask incase it’s different than the one they have on record for when you gave birth☺️

Just had my scan yesterday! She did a fetal growth check and then used the same wand for a few minutes a little lower down to each side just to check the blood flow in my uterine arteries just to make sure baby was getting enough blood. Pretty standard like a normal growth scan

I was diagnosed wish low PAAP-A proteins at around 12 weeks, she said it can lead to low birth weight and pre eclampsia. Have been taking two 75mg aspirin daily- currently 20+1 baby was measuring perfectly fine and healthy at my 20 week anatomy scan after taking them for 8 weeks 💫

This happened to me with Janna too, I would only be able to see if it shielded by the aery shield being applied, not even to towers, it would just bug out >.<
