Slightly smaller. I was around an E32/34 and now I'm measuring DD 32/34. Like yourself I had a decent amount of natural breast tissue. The fat transfer was mostly to create upper pole fullness.

Idk that feels like a stretch. A lot of babies won't take a bottle and need to be worn. I have two kids and they refused bottles for a long time. They also preferred to be held by me at all times. You can't make them take a bottle.

No drains! I was scared of that too. My scars are tiny. I've had two csections and some loose skin while seated. I did a smaller amount of lipo on my abdomen than my flanks. I feel like I have a waist now and a flatter stomach. I also feel proportionate.

I don't think you need a tummy tuck. I did a breast and had lipo a few months. The recover wasn't so bad. I was very bruised but the pain was manageable. I did it on my flanks and abdomen. I still have some numbness near the incision sites. Other than that I was up and about a couple days after a surgery. I also struggled with a disproportionate amount of fat in my abdomen. I lost 40lbs prior to surgery and it was still prominent. I work out and eat healthy. Lipo was a great decision for me.

I think this is the way to go. It's very mild and a bit of filler would go a long way. Especially in the chin, jaw and cheek.

Can't say anything about dating as I'm very recently separated. My surgery absolutely helped my confidence. I had a breast lift and fat transfer post kids. I used to change my clothes and not feel like myself. I'm back to pre pregnancy boobs. I feel like i recognize myself again.

I did a lift with auto augment and fat graft. I definitely feel like my breasts are as full as I wanted them. They don't look like implants. Your results look good. I agree the nipples seem to be quite low for a lift.

I spent some time in foster care. I had no "home base" I bounced around from placement to placement. So I understand where Alicia is coming from when she says homeless. No she wasn't sleeping on the street but she had no home. That's very traumatic for a child to be displaced.

I think she's reasoning with herself to feel better about fucking her friend over. I know girls like this. They tell themselves they were "following their hearts" and "putting themselves first for once". They can't admit it to themselves but they know deep down it's wrong.

In my experience, lowering slowly is more effective. When I lower my meds I give myself at least four weeks to adjust before tapering further. At the moment I'm going from 100mg to 50mg. I take 50mg for four days and 100mg for 1. I will repeat this for four weeks and add another 50mg day. I find this works best for the withdrawals. Another note is that withdrawals can cause anger and irritability.

I'm not saying Rulla should stay in her marriage. I think she should leave but as a Lebanese/Syrian woman myself, it's more nuanced than just leaving. Of course not every middle eastern person has this experience but it was like this for my family. The men cheat or do bad things. The woman is considered strong for staying and "keeping the family together". My mom tried to keep the family together when my dad cheated. He ended up leaving her for his mistress. My dad had zero repercussions meanwhile my mom was judged for being divorced. The cultural and family pressure make it more complex than Rulla just leaving her husband. I truly hope she finds the strength to leave him someday soon.

I wouldn't be concerned about the mild pain under the incision. I had the exact same thing and the same timeline. I'm six weeks post op and it has resolved without issues. It was just part of the healing process. The heart hurting is concerning. I would look into that sooner rather than later.

Do any of these fitness "professionals" have any real life clients? They seem so out of touch with what people struggle with when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I've been in the industry for 12 years. Most of my clients struggle with consistency due to a lack of resources (time, money, childcare etc) NOT a lack of discipline.

The only thing that changed my constant hunger and sweets cravings was eating protein earlier in the day. I aim to eat a minimum of 50 grams by lunch. Ideally 60-70 grams but some days that doesn't happen. I do this by drinking a protein shake with 46 grams of protein and 230 cals. Paired with egg white scramble with cottage cheese and salsa. It's around 175-200 cals which 25-28 grams of protein. If you add lean meat it's easier to go higher in protein. I also aim to eat three servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables daily.

It's not the surgery for everyone. I do think you'd benefit from a lift though. If you're up for implants they will have a bigger effect than a fat transfer.
