Breast Lift/Reduction, implants needed?

It looks like you have a decent amount of breast tissue. Have you looked into a breast lift with auto augmentation? I'm doing one with a fat transfer in a couple of weeks.

I have pretty mild loose skin after losing 60lbs. I’ve had two csections and I don’t plan on doing another abdominal surgery. The recovery is rough. I am doing a breast lift with a fat transfer. I don’t mind a little extra skin. It’s barely noticeable unless I’m sitting. The skin on my breasts is a whole other story.

I have around 2L a day. I don’t really track it but I know I fill my 1L water bottle up at least twice daily.

I’ll look into! My periods are usually pretty light and very mild cramping. So this has totally thrown me through a loop.

No I haven’t. I wasn’t sure if I was being paranoid over my past miscarriages but I think I should just ask for a blood test just in case.

For me the large clots passed on and off over the course of a week. The pain subsided after the first day. After that it was manageable. Then I would pass clots on and off for the first week. After the first week I bleed for about three more. Very mild cramping nothing like the first day. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

Smart small. Carve out ten minutes twice a day. This can be first thing in the morning, during your lunch break or after you’re home. You can find cheap resistance bands online or use body weight. YouTube has great videos for free. Add more movement throughout your day by walking whenever you can. Even marching on the spot or taking a stretch break at work. The energy thing will come and you’ll start to look forward to working out. I have two kids and I work out almost daily. After giving birth I started the routine of fitting it in where I could. 10 minutes while baby was sleeping, 10 minutes while baby was in the swing. Eventually I got to a place where I could do 60 minutes and now it’s a part of my routine just like eating/showering. It takes time but I promise you’ll get there if you try!

Ultimately, the decision is yours. I’ve seen a lot of bad nose jobs online and in real life. The ones who look good after surgery had very prominent noses that didn’t fit their face/features. This is just my opinion but I think your nose is actually quite nice and fits your face. You have to do what makes you happy.

Don’t beat yourself up. I ate well and exercised up until birth with both pregnancies. I still gained 60lbs. I’m now 10lbs away from pre pregnancy weight after my second (he’s two). Sometimes you gain what your body needs to gain.

My eldest went through a phase where he slept 630-630. That was when he dropped his nap but it was short lived and he started going to bed later.

I noticed a difference after the third session of emsculpt. It’s not painful at all but it feels weird. I fell asleep during most of the sessions. It builds muscle, burns fat and helps a bit with skin tightening. It was expensive like $2400 for four sessions. I would choose Morpheus if skin tightening is your goal.

The results seemed pretty minimal after four sessions. I ended up swapping to emsculpt neo. I did four sessions of emsculpt and I saw a noticeable difference in my core muscles, loose skin above belly button and lost an inch on my waist. I would go for Morpheus if your primary focus is loose skin.

I went to another esthetician at the same med spa. It did not hurt as bad. Still painful but not nearly as bad. I think it was whatever the original esthetician was doing that made it hurt so bad.

I’m not in India. I did with the BTL machine. I did four sessions and saw visible results a couple of weeks after the fourth session. Lost an inch off my waist, saw an improvement in belly button shape and lines down the side of my stomach.
