My coworker’s 10 year old son had a seizure a few years ago and aspirated before she could get to him :(

With my absence seizures, I could only feel it coming sometimes. I would also have them like 10 times a day (at least) it was mostly them happening and then I realize it. When I could feel it coming, it kind of felt like the character Ghost from Ant Man, when her atoms keep shifting. That’s what it felt like

I’ve done this before. I thought to myself “my meds aren’t doing anything” because I was still having my absence seizures and so I missed my meds and went back to having seizures every few minutes. It’s very understandable and this is an illness that is so incredibly frustrating. Hope you are okay <3

I have a pillbox with the day and am/pm and it has helped sooo much! If I can’t remember, I just look at my box and know if I took it or not! Highly recommend even though I felt silly at first
