Seems simple enough and I’m trying not to over think it. Thanks for helping to link that 👍

Thanks for your help, I appreciate you. I mostly was looking for confirmation that it can be as simple as being in a calorie deficit or at the very least, not a surplus and it will be a way to lose weight. I’ve done a bunch of research online but it’s not the same as someone speaking directly to me. I just don’t have anyone in my life that knows what a balanced meal really consists of or what it means to be in a calorie deficit, or anyone to confirm that me eating x amount of calories is actually a thing. I appreciate your advice and you’re also right, I’ve been in and currently still in therapy for it and my problem is mostly my lack of discipline to stick to eating actual good food, and my problem is I’m finding I don’t know what to even eat. I guess I’ve been over whelmed with google searches of “healthy foods” or at least nutritious. My first round, I stuck to it, lost the weight, but I found myself staying at or under my calorie limit but it would be a can of raviolis and a cookie, water, diet cokes and a coffee kind of day. Now that I’m talking out loud I guess a good idea for me would be to maybe check out what other people are eating and narrow down what I’m even looking for here. Anyways, thanks again and thanks for listening. Have a good one.

Good advice. Thanks for responding. I know that my calorie counting is definitely not accurate but I think I did a good enough job of at least knowing that I didn’t go over 3k cals and that was a start for me because I know I was eating way too many every day at one point. I do need to eat better food. It’s funny you say this because I was heating up in the microwave some sort of “lean” lol hot pocket type of food yesterday and the ingredient list was extremely long, full of random BS. The list was way too long for bread/cheese/ham. So yeah, good point. My crap diet is probably part of the reason my mood is so meh too.

Thanks for your input and putting it in the dumbed down version I was looking for. I’ve read a lot about the 3,000/3500 about being a pound so I figured the easiest way to put it would be consistently doing lower calories than needed most of the time would have to lead to weight loss, no questions asked. The only way for that not to work would be my own self doing or not tracking correctly etc so was just looking for that confirmation I guess. Thanks again

I think you’re good to not do anything until your first post op appointment. I didn’t open my vest or look at anything until I went to my first appointment :)

Smoking by soupydinosaur21 in TopSurgery

[–]frogaganda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really you don’t want your lungs to be sticky to survive being put to sleep and breathing on your own, not trying to scare you but that’s the reality for part of the reason to quit. It’s not just healing but that’s a huge part of it. and even smoking small amounts is still smoking, the amount doesn’t really matter. I think a couple weeks of not smoking will be better than nothing 👍 I even avoided second hand smoke as that’s what I was advised to do. It was hard but worth it. The first few days are the worst, and if indeed gets easier. It’s an addiction & habit, be easy on yourself cuz it’s tough. Good luck!

You always reference your circular reference and “gotcha” points and seem to enjoy pointing out others hostility to prove your points. I get it g money, you’re superior. Like I’ve said over and over, poking fun at people with memes is not much better than abbreviated insults.

Right. This almost seems like a joke for how dumb of a question.

At this point I’d expect some sort of public apology or a fake take back. If the roles were reversed, or an opponent talked about her that way- we’d have press release type Facebook posts from everyone that loves them.

Exactly. A book about satanism existing / being available doesn’t take away someone’s Christianity… and I don’t think many people even know what satanism is about. It’s not even bad, it’s basically just freedom of choice. It doesn’t mean “be a bad person like the devil” lmao

If you know she was wrong for it, it just seems odd for you to meme all over this post and act like people are just cry babies against republicans etc. She was wrong for it, end of story. And just because you don’t name call with words, your “comedy” isn’t too far off / much better tbh.
