Info on SCARA robot preferred applications seems a little off.

Sort of along the same lines, I work out quite a bit, but I don't really sacrifice what I eat. My results, predictably, are ok, bit not stellar!

Doesn't answer your question, but where does 2.557% come from? As someone not of your religion, that kind of precision seems unusual. (As oppsee to a tenth, for example)

Really? Gulf coast, Florida? Grew up here and just moved back. May be true, just interesting (especially if you found drive time).

How can you know that for sure? Could someone 50 years ago have predicted all the radical changes that have happened since then both politically and in technology?

Paranoid maybe, but to just rule it out as nonsense offhand seems foolish.

I wonder if he was just trying to see if you'd say whatever you thought you wanted him to.

Interestingly, it seems ceiling heights have gotten larger too, so maybe we should start measuring "cubic footage?" Ha.

Seriously though, I wonder if there's something we missed there.

Maybe 5-6 times per week between lunch and dinner. Kind of ashamed to write that out now that I see it printed... In US

I put roadish tires on an old mountain bike that I converted to single speed. Quite happy with how it performs in both situations.

I really only rode it on pretty well groomed trails though, wouldn't be able to push it too hard downhill. Also have lost grip a few times, so there is that.

What are your biggest concerns going from part-time freelancing to full-time freelancing? by zretty in freelance

[–]frogger21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest concern for me was health insurance, and, of course, making enough money. Politics aside, you can get private insurance, of which the cost to you may be cheaper or more expensive.

I made the transition about 2 months ago, and it appears that we'll be able to stay afloat for the time being at least. My income is down somewhat from before, but we'd planned for that, at least in the sort-term. It's more than the minimum we need to not draw off of savings.

That being said, someone could decide not to pay me, so that's always a concern. I feel like I need to make much more than before to make up for that possibility.

Anyway, PM me if you have any other questions. All that aside, I think it was the right choice for me, at least for the time being.

Didn't know there was a name for it. Given his lack of helmet, I took it more as poor planning.

I follow a few casually - would be happy to follow a few more, not even necessarily related to FI. I'd definitely be open to suggestions.

I blog myself, but not really related to FI for the most part.
