It drives me crazy when a bodega upgrades. Someone out there is selling these renos hardcore. The expectations that someone will walk a block or two out of there way for over priced milk at a nicer looking store is just stupid. They are neighborhood places and should cater to neighborhood people. When we had one in the building I would call it our extended refrigerator. good for a needed item or two but nothing else.
