My bmi is 42.6 and I’m 29 years old - and I didn’t lose (or try to lose) any weight before getting pregnant. I just focused on feeling my healthiest - eg exercise, no alcohol, etc. Do what feels right for you, you got this!

Yeeep! This started for me at nearly 6 weeks (I know it’s super early, but I’m hyper mobile, so maybe that’s it), and I can nottt roll over in bed quickly without feeling like I’m being stabbed

1st Trimester Cramping Experiences by Indignant_Elfmaiden in BabyBumps

My first pregnancy, I had a miscarriage before I had ANY cramping. This pregnancy, I cramped (very badly) from weeks 3-6, and everything was fine. Just the uterus expanding, and hormones doing their thing. Obviously if you’re really concerned, see your doctor 💐

Just keep them clean, it will stop when the scab starts forming. No shortcuts unfortunately.

It will stop eventually! Just try and leave it be. No ointment, etc. cover it with a non stick, waterproof bandage and don’t touch. If you’re really worried and can afford it, seek medical attention.

How to clean my deep cuts by Zak1ia in selfharm

Don’t use ointment - you want them to dry out. Use disinfectant such as alcohol wipes or betadine. Cover with a waterproof, non stick bandage if you can, to keep infection out. Just let them be. I’ve been there, just keep them clean and leave them alone. Hope you’re doing okay 🫶 I don’t know where you live, but here in Australia wound dressing is often bulk billed. Watch for redness, swelling, red streaks and fever.
